How to validate replies to reviews

You can enable a response validation feature on your Verified Reviews account. This allows you to manually validate responses to your consumers’ reviews.

If multiple users in your organization respond to reviews, as an administrator, you have the option to validate these responses before they are published. Once approved, they will be published and your customers will receive a notification.

To approve pending responses intended for your consumers, follow these instructions:

Procedure

  1. From the left side menu, click on Review Management
  2. Click on  Responses (next to Review List)
  3. Here you will find the responses to reviews pending your action:

This tab will not be accessible if you are not an administrator of your Verified Reviews account!

Validate or Reject a Response

  1. Click on Validate to send the drafted response to the consumer, or on Reject.
  2. Don’t forget to confirm!
  3. A confirmation message will appear

 

As long as an administrator has not validated or rejected a response to a review, no message or notification will be sent to the consumer!
