- Log in to your Avis Vérifiés customer space, then go to the "Review Processing" tab.
- Click on the relevant review:
- Respond to the review
- Report the review by selecting the reason "The reviewed company intervened in the dispute resolution, and the review author wishes to update it"

How does this reason work?
When our moderators accept the reporting of a review with this reason, the review remains published until the consumer agrees to update it.
The rejection of a review with this reason depends solely on the consumer.
How to ask a customer to update their review?
Once you report a review with the reason "The reviewed company intervened in the dispute resolution, and the review author wishes to update it", we send an email to the customer inviting them to update their review.
The customer then chooses whether to update their review or not.
- The consumer clicks "I want to update my review", the original review will be rejected, and the consumer will receive a new review form to reflect any modifications or updates to their experience.
- The consumer clicks "I don't want to update my review", the review remains published.
The most important thing when dealing with a negative review is to provide an accurate response based on facts and to highlight your service, turning the response into a true promotional space.
