If you have a lot of shops to import in your account, we invite you to use our bulk feature!
The number of shops configured is defined in your Verified Reviews contract. Any additional shop may incur extra fees: contact our team to learn more.
Prerequisites
You need to have access to the ✨ New Version of our platform:
We strongly recommend that you name your stores with the exact name used "in real life": storefront, official website, documents, etc. This will influence how several features work, especially the synchronization with Google reviews.
Example:
- Brand name → Miami Style
- Brand + real location → Miami Style Paris Montmartre
Please avoid the following: marketing keywords, services, opening hours, slogans, or unofficial cities.
Tip : for multiple stores, use your brand name + location identifier and put any additional details in the description or attributes, never in the name.
Procedure
- From the left side menu, click on Account Management > Shops
- Click on Import shops:
- You will then be able to download a CSV file:
- Fill in the file with the following information on each line:
- Upload the file back in our system.
All you shops are now available in your list!
If a store already exists in your account: the file will overwrite the old information and automatically update the data for that store.
Warning: store keys can only be modified by our teams.
Details of the columns to complete
*Mandatory columns
| key_shop* | Shop keys are unique identifiers for each store in your Verified Reviews account. They are used to display reviews and the average rating of a specific store on your website (for example via the brand widget). You can retrieve them in the My stores section. | name_shop* | The name of your store. Please note: we strongly recommend that you name your stores using the exact name used “in real life”: storefront, official website, documents, etc. This will impact how several features work! |
| description | Add the description of your choice for the store here. |
| address* | Exact and official address of the store. |
| postal_code* | Store postal code. |
| city* | City where the store is located. |
| phone | Official phone number of the store. |
| Official email address of the store. | |
| website | URL of the store’s website (it may be the same for all stores). |
| representative | Primary contact for the store. |
| siret* | SIRET number of the store. |
| shop_pagesjaunes | If you would like to synchronize your reviews with Pages Jaunes: store name as it appears on your Pages Jaunes profile. |
| url_gmb | Full URL of the Place ID of your Google Business Profile (GBP) account – Instructions available here. |
| url_fblocal | URL link of the store’s Facebook account – Synchronization only available for legacy Verified Reviews accounts. |
| url_yelp | URL link of the store’s Yelp account – Synchronization only available for legacy Verified Reviews accounts. |
| pos_id | If your review collection is set up with Shopify: enter your Shopify Point of Sale here. |
