Reply to your Google Business Profile reviews directly from your Verified Reviews account:
Prerequisites
- You must have one or more valid Google Business Profile accounts.
If you were using the previous version of Third-Party Review Management - Google -, please follow the setup steps below to switch to the new version.
Setup
- Go to the left-hand menu
Account Management, then Google Business Profiles/Third-Party Reviews
- Click Refresh and log in to your Google account.
- Back on the Verified Reviews page, a pre-filled file is now available for download.
- Complete column C of this file by linking your Google locations to your Verified Reviews shops. Using the dropdown menu options: select the ID corresponding to the store of your choice.
- Then upload your file to the designated area.
In the dropdown menu of column C, you will also find the following options:
- Do not reference this place on Verified Reviews: reviews from this store/Google Business Profile page will not appear in the Verified Reviews interface.
- Give access to everyone: reviews from this store/Google Business Profile page will appear in the Verified Reviews interface and will be visible to all users, regardless of their role.
Permissions follow the access rights to your shops. If a Verified Reviews user has access to a shop linked to a Google Business Profile, they will be able to view and respond to its reviews. Your admins can grant global access if needed.
How it works
- Go to the left-hand menu
Review Management: all your reviews, from Google and Verified Reviews, are now centralized – view, sort, and filter by store, date, or rating.
- Write your responses and send them to your customers directly from your Verified Reviews account! AI-assisted replies offer wording tailored to the review’s tone, with a touch of empathy – allowing you to respond quickly and professionally.
- Your reply is then automatically published under the corresponding review on your Google Business Profile listing.
Google reviews can take up to 24 hours to appear in your Verified Reviews dashboard.
Important notes
- You cannot use Verified Reviews’ usual moderation features such as reporting or moderation thresholds. You can only reply to customers who left a review on your Google listing.
- According to Google’s rules, only one reply is allowed per review – you cannot start a conversation with the customer.
- As with Google, you can edit your response only once after sending it.
- If you add a new shop to your Verified Reviews account after setting up the Google Reviews feature, you will need to perform the process from the beginning again (refresh, complete the file, etc.). You will then need to wait another 24 hours for the reviews from this Google location to be retrieved by Verified Reviews – see the How it Works section

Yes, the platform is available in English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish. Each user will only have access to reviews from their own market.
It may take a few minutes, but your replies are forwarded to Google Business Profile as soon as you submit them in Verified Reviews.
No, all businesses, even those without a registered shop, can activate the Google Reviews feature. In that case, the pre-filled file will offer a single matching option.
Yes, each Google Business Profile account must be linked to a Verified Reviews shop using the pre-filled file, or set up with global access based on your needs.
No, Google review content cannot be edited, flagged, or deleted from the Verified Reviews interface. You can only publish responses. To report a review that violates consumer guidelines, please contact Google directly.
