How to update the Prestashop connector?

These instructions concern you only if you are using the new Verified Reviews collection method:

Create a Backup

Before proceeding with the update, we recommend creating a backup of your connector by following these steps:

1. Access the Netreviews file on your FTP.
2. Right-click, then select Download.
3. Choose the location where you want to save your backup, then click OK.
4. Wait a few seconds, then find your backup in the selected location.

Update Prestashop

1. Log in to your Prestashop account.
2. From the left-side menu, click on Modules, then Module Manager. You should see Verified Reviews or Avis Vérifiés under the Promotions & Marketing category. If an update is available, it will be highlighted in green.
3. Expand the available options by clicking on the small arrow at the right end of the button   Then, click on Update.
4. Click on Go to the Maintenance Page. 
5. Check the first box and uncheck store activation.
6. Don't forget to scroll down to save your changes! Saving may take a few seconds.
7. Return to Modules, then Module Manager.
8. Once again, locate Verified Reviews or Avis Vérifiés in the Promotions & Marketing section. Click on the small arrow next to the button  and click Update again.
9. A green popup confirming the update will appear in the top-right corner!
10. After verifying that everything went smoothly, don't forget to return to the maintenance page to check store activation again. To do this, go to the left-side menu  Shop Settings, then General Settings.
