Tracking Dashboard: Quality Criteria

Quality criteria allow you to leverage precise data about your brand's characteristics, as well as those of your products (size, price, comfort), thereby facilitating informed purchasing decisions for consumers.

The results and analyses of these criteria, whether displayed or not on the product widget, can be accessed at any time via your dashboard. Monitoring this data helps reduce returns, improve customer satisfaction, and identify optimization areas for your products.

To access the tracking dashboard:

  1. Go to the left side menu: Statistics
  2. Click on the dashboard: Brand Experience Criteria or Product Quality Criteria based on your needs.
  3. Access all results related to your various quality criteria here: Average rating, distribution, evolution, top & flop products.

 

Monitoring this data is essential to assess satisfaction, improve products, and strengthen consumer trust.

For example:

  • A declining average rating could indicate an issue with a specific product.
  • Recurring positive reviews for another product may justify promoting it.
  • A weekly analysis of ratings allows for quick responses to emerging issues!

The data is displayed and filterable over 24 months.
