The quality criteria allow you to leverage data on the characteristics of your products (size, price, comfort), helping consumers make informed decisions and purchase the product that best meets their needs.
The quality criteria are collected through the addition of supplementary questions in the customer review form. They can then be partially or fully displayed through our widget on the product pages. Then, they are analyzed through dedicated dashboards to track average ratings and customer feedback.
They are a great help in assisting consumers with their purchasing decisions!
Examples of quality criteria
Of course, you can establish the quality criteria of your choice!
However, here are some examples of proven criteria that may inspire you:
- Size: Allows you to get feedback on the sizes of your clothing products. The size criterion is essential for clothing because it helps consumers know how the product really fits based on previous buyers. This reduces returns due to sizing issues and makes the purchasing decision easier! This criterion is displayed as a slider on the product widget.
-
Comfort, quality (of sound, material), durability, color. These criteria are essential for items such as shoes, clothing, furniture, or high-tech equipment. Consumers can ensure that the product will suit them for prolonged use.
This type of criteria helps the buyer determine whether the item will meet their expectations and helps them make a more informed choice!
Display of quality criteria on the product widget:
Displaying your quality criteria on your widgets and product pages is an excellent way to improve the customer experience by providing additional information.
These criteria are customizable according to your needs. We have the ability to display up to 6 different elements on the widget:
- 5 ratings out of 5: however, we recommend displaying only 3 or 4 for a better visual effect (comfort, durability, etc.).
- 1 selectable element in the form of a slider: we recommend using a maximum of 3 criteria on this element to avoid visually overloading the widget (example size: small, normal, large).
This display generates a reduction in customer service returns due to more informed decisions, and consequently, an increase in customer satisfaction!
Setting up quality criteria
During the initial setup of your account, our teams will add the quality criteria of your choice to your review request form, giving your consumers the opportunity to give their opinion on specific criteria.
You will then have the option to activate these criteria so they can be visible on the product widget in addition to product reviews.
To activate and display your quality criteria, we invite you to contact your account manager or our Care team.
