Respond quickly to consumers with AI Review response

Verified Reviews recommends responding to as many reviews as possible, whether they are positive or negative.

This highlights your customers' feedback, humanizes your brand by creating an authentic relationship, and encourages others to share their own reviews.

AI Review responses help you save time while maintaining consistency and an appropriate tone in your interactions. Respond to a high volume of reviews quickly!

How does it work?

  1. From the left sidebar menu, click on Review Management.
  2. Then, click on the review of your choice, brand or product.
  3. In the response field, click on  A response based on your customer's comment will then be suggested, whether it's positive or negative.
  4. Of course, you can edit and enhance the suggested response as you see fit!
  5. Click on Reply to send your response.

Feel free to click on if the first suggested response doesn't suit you!

Disable automatic generation

You can disable the option to automatically generate an AI response for each review.

To do so, still from the Review Management menu, click on Settings at the top right of the page, then on AI Configuration.

You will still be able to generate AI responses manually from the reply interface.

Customize the AI response template

To customize how the AI generates responses, follow these steps:

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Review Management.
  2. Click Settings at the top right of the page, then AI Configuration.
  3. You can then customize the signature of your responses and add writing instructions to better guide the AI replies.
  4. Your AI-generated responses will then be perfectly tailored to your business!

Example: "Use formal tone and always thank the customer for leaving a review. Prefer short replies. Use effective SEO keywords related to the world of French-made furniture."

Professional, reassuring, and respectful tone. Start with “Hello”. Positive review: thank them and highlight reliability, safety, advice, and customer service availability. Negative review: thank them, apologize, address negative points, invite them to contact customer service, and remain available.

The custom prompt is limited to a maximum of 300 characters.

This customization will be applied to all stores and users linked to this account.

It is not possible to use personalization variables in your custom prompt. For example, you cannot instruct the AI to include the consumer's first or last name in its response.
