Tracking Dashboard: Review Balancing

Review Balancing Email is a premium feature designed to improve and balance your e-reputation across different review platforms.

By using this feature, you also benefit from a dedicated dashboard that allows you to track the distribution of review requests across different platforms.

This dashboard provides insights into the distribution, volume, and engagement of Review Balancing emails sent. The main objective is to give you a detailed view of review collection performance across different platforms, allowing you to adjust your request strategy and maximize the impact of your solicitations. 

To access it, go to the left sidebar menu Statistics > Review Balancing

  • Various filters are available based on your Verified Reviews account settings: they are based on the request date (the default display is the last 12 months).
  • The Platform filter allows you to display data associated with the review platform of your choice: Google, Verified Reviews, Trustpilot, etc.

Available Metrics

  • Review Requests: Total number of review requests for the selected period. (Only one request is counted per order, even if a follow-up is sent.)
  • Open Rate: The proportion of emails opened compared to the total number of requests sent.
  • Click-to-Open Rate: The proportion of clicks on links within opened emails. This metric measures recipient engagement after opening the email.
  • Review Requests by Platform: Visualization of the proportion of reviews directed to each platform (Google, Verified Reviews, etc.).
  • Review Requests: Tracking the distribution of review requests over time. This information helps adjust the collection strategy based on different periods.
  • Details: Detailed information on the performance of the mentioned metrics, with filtering options by site, country, and platform.

Tracking these metrics allows you to evaluate the efficiency of your Review Balancing Email and optimize each step of the process, from email sending to review publication on various platforms.
