The AI Review Summary automatically analyzes all your customer reviews and generates a clear, authentic, and multilingual summary directly on your product widget.
This summary highlights the key positive and negative points of your product. It helps consumers make quicker, more confident decisions, while showcasing the value of your customer feedback!
AI review summaries can be up to 150 characters long to ensure a fast and impactful read.

Activating the summary on the product widget
- From the left-hand menu, click on
Display Reviews, then Integrate My Widgets.
- Click on the
small pencil icon next to the product widget of your choice.
- Click on the Review Summary *New* tab.
- In the
Display section mid-page, view the number of products eligible for summaries and download a preview of the summary before publishing it to your product widget.
- If you’re satisfied with the summary, click Enable Review Summary at the bottom of the page.
- Don’t forget to save your changes at the top right of the page!
Your product widget now displays the product review summary!
Updates are made weekly, as soon as more than 20% new reviews are collected for a given product.
