Review Sharing Dashboard

Review Sharing is a feature designed to enhance and balance your online reputation across different review platforms.

It allows you to display, at the bottom of your thank-you page, a banner inviting the consumer to post their review on a third-party platform such as Google or Trustpilot. You can also choose to automatically redirect them to the page of your choice.

The main goal of this dashboard is to provide you with a detailed view of the review collection performance across your different platforms via review sharing, allowing you to adjust your request strategy and maximize the impact of your review invitations.

To access it, go to the left sidebar menu   Statistics > Review Sharing

  • Different filters are available depending on your Verified Reviews account settings: websites, countries, review platforms (Trustpilot, Google, Yelp, G2, Custplace)
  • Data is displayed and can be filtered over a 24-month period.

Available indicators

  • Volume of review requests exposed to sharing: corresponds to the number of people who saw the sharing invitation banner if it is a click redirection, or who were automatically redirected to the third-party platform form if you set up an automatic redirect.
  • Volume of clicks on the “copy & share” option: how many people started the process of sharing their review.
  • Click rate on the “copy & share” option (clicks/exposed), also known as CTR (Click through share).
  • Tracking of the monthly (or weekly) trend of each of the above indicators over the selected period, with a year-over-year comparison.
  • Details by site/country/platform in a table that can be sorted and exported via the icon in the top right corner

We cannot know whether the consumer actually published their review on the external platform. We only indicate whether they clicked to share their review.

Examples

  • If you notice that a garage in northern France has a low CTR for sharing its reviews, this may indicate that customers are less likely to click after leaving their review. You can then analyze whether this is related to the type of service or the garage’s customer flow to better understand consumer behavior.
  • By tracking your data, you may notice that your customers click much more towards Google than Trustpilot. This helps you understand which platform to focus your efforts on to maximize the visibility and impact of your reviews.

FAQ

How should I interpret the click rate (CTR)?

The CTR shows the percentage of consumers who clicked to share their review among those who saw the request.

  • High CTR → the process is clear and engaging.
  • Low CTR → it may be useful to review the message or sharing icon to make them more visible.
Can I compare my results with last year’s?

Yes! The dashboard tracks monthly or weekly trends and allows you to compare with the same period of the previous year to identify changes or shifts in consumer behavior.

To do so, we recommend using the filters available on the line charts:

How can I export my results?

First, apply the filters of your choice, then click on the download icon available in the top right corner of each indicator.
