Email notification: abnormal drop in received orders

You may have received an email notifying you of an unusual drop in the number of orders sent to Verified Reviews.

This alert is here to inform you that our system has detected an unusual stop in sending your orders: it is therefore possible that your review collection has been interrupted.

How does it work?

Verified Reviews automatically retrieves orders from your website, or proof of purchase from your stores, in order to send review requests to your customers according to the delay you have set.

  • For your first order, an alert is sent 14 days after the order if no order has been retrieved by our system.
  • From the second order onwards, the delay becomes automatic and adapts to your activity:
    an alert is triggered only if the order retrieval time is longer than usual, which may indicate a connection or feed issue.

Who receives this alert?

All administrator profiles in your Verified Reviews account receive this email.

This is an email-only alert, and it cannot be disabled.

What should you do?

We invite you to click the Check my setup button in the email you received and follow our instructions. This will allow you to restore your review collection functionality.
