At Verified Reveiws, we take the protection of personal data very seriously.
After leaving their review via the form, the consumer can choose to pseudonymize it by checking a dedicated box on the thank you page.
This appears after the mention: Name visible when the review is published
Here’s what this means:
Non-pseudonymized reviews
If the consumer does not check the pseudonymization box on the thank you page: the name displayed under the review will correspond to the first name and first letter of the consumer’s last name (e.g. Pierre E.)
Beyond 18 months, in accordance with the GDPR: first name and last name will be converted into initials. Example: C. A for Claire A.
Pseudonymized reviews
If the consumer checks the pseudonymization box after completing the form: only the initials of the first and last name will be displayed (e.g. P.E)
No matter the consumer’s choice: under no circumstances will the last name be displayed under Verified Reviews.
