No, enabling Rich Snippets, and thus displaying your ratings on Google, is only possible with the product reviews widget. This limitation is related to rules defined by Google: reviews about your own business (known as self-serving reviews) are not eligible for structured data that enables star ratings to appear in search results.
This means that marking up brand reviews on your website or your business location’s site goes against Google’s guidelines. These data will be ignored and may even lead to the removal of Rich Snippets. To learn more, you can check Google’s official documentation on structured data and reviews.
The brand widget automatically updates 4 times a day. A new review is generally published within hours after it is collected. If despite receiving new reviews you do not see an update after 24 hours, we invite you to check the reviews under moderation from the menu Review Processing > tab To be processed.
