For example, if your site is a SPA (single page application), or if your widget is displayed after clicking on a location not initially loaded (tab, sidebar, etc.). You will need to add the following variable to the script: data-prevent-default-loading="true"

After integrating this script, you will need to invoke the function: SkeepersBrandWidget.generate(); in your JavaScript code so that our widget can regenerate the data before the page is displayed.
Some connectors allow automatic integration of the Brand Widget.
It is therefore possible that a brand widget associated with the connector you use was created by default when your account was created!
If automatic integration is not offered to you, it means your theme is not compatible and automatic integration is not available. You will need to integrate the widget manually by following the steps above.

- Go to Display Reviews > Integrate my widgets
- Click on the Brand Widget, a banner appears in the right column to enable/disable automatic integration of the widget on your site:

No, enabling Rich Snippets, and thus displaying your ratings on Google, is only possible with the product reviews widget.
The brand widget automatically updates 4 times a day. A new review is generally published within hours after it is collected. If despite receiving new reviews you do not see an update after 24 hours, we invite you to check the reviews under moderation from the menu Review Processing > tab To be processed.
Once the widget is installed, you will be able to download its visual in SVG format. It will be up to date with your current rating. Perfect for integrating into your digital materials!
To do this:
- From the left sidebar menu, click on
Display Reviews > Integrate my widgets.
- Click on the brand widget of your choice.
- A Download button will then appear at the top right of the page. Click it to get the visual of your widget, with your rating, in SVG format.
- Add it to your digital materials!
