🖥️ Historical version: Shop management

A shop corresponds to a physical or online location configured in your Verified Reviews account to collect customer reviews.

Each shop has its own settings (address, users, specific information, etc.) and can be managed individually from the left-hand menu Account Management, then My Shops.

This article refers to the legacy version of the Shops page. Click on the new version if your menu looks like the visual below:

  2. From your account, click the Account Management menu > My Shops.
  3. In the Create a new shop section, provide all relevant information about your location.
  4. If needed, create the user account for the person in charge of the shop, assigning them the Shop role.
