You have the option to collect offline reviews : Shops/Stores reviews.
To do this, it is necessary to add the relevant stores to your account.
Please contact your account manager before initiating any store creation procedure.

- Contact your Account Manager or our support to inform us of your need to create a store.
- From the left side menu, click on
Account Management > Shops.
- Click on Add a shop.
- Complete all the mandatory fields:
You can type the Shop Key of your choice.
- Don't forget to click on "Save" on the top of the page!
- Your shop will then be available in your Shops list

To modify the associated users, simply click on the shop of your choice and click on Associated Users > + Associate Users:

- In the Create a New Stores section, provide all the information related to your store:
- If necessary, create the User Account for the person responsible for the store, giving them the Store role.
