By default, all exchanges with your consumers are visible on your Certificate or on your Verified Reviews Product widget.
We strongly advise you to display them, as they help reassure visitors to your site!
However, you have the option to hide the entirety of the exchanges related to a review if you wish.
To do this, simply activate the Hide exchanges feature.
Procedure
- Log in to your Verified Reviews customer space
- Go to the
Review Magement menu > Brand reviews or Product reviews
- Click on the relevant review
- Check Hide exchanges, above your response field
