How to customize your thank-you page?

Your thank-you page can become a real loyalty lever if you include engaging actions such as access to a discount coupon, a link to your social networks, or the promotion of your referral program.

This appears once the consumer has submitted their review: discover the elements that may be relevant to include on this page.

The key is to keep it simple and activate 1 to 2 key actions, chosen according to your objectives.

Advertising messages

You can customize a link, as well as a message associated with a visual at the bottom of the thank-you page.

  1. Go to the left-hand side menu Account management, then My account.
  2. From the top menu, click on Integration, then My visibility.
  3. Check the Advertising section, then click on Edit.
  4. Add a visual designed by you (Maximum size and weight: 800x120 - 400kb - format: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF), as well as the redirect link of your choice.

Review Sharing

Review Sharing is a premium feature designed to improve and balance your e-reputation across different review platforms.

Once the review is submitted, the consumer will be invited, via your thank-you page, to visit your Google Business Profile and may then decide whether or not to share their review there as well!

Vouchers or discount coupons

You can display a discount coupon or voucher on your thank-you page after a review has been submitted directly via your account.

This initiative encourages consumers to try new products or services and therefore also improve your return rate !

  1. Go to the left-hand side menu Account management, then My account.
  2. From the top menu, click on Integration, then My visibility.
  3. At the bottom of the page, check the box to the left of the Coupon section to activate the coupon.
  4. Set up a validity period.
  5. Set up the coupon code you want to offer your customers. To do so, click on View the list of coupons.
  6. Download the available CSV file from the cloud icon, and enter the code and conditions of the coupon you want to set up.
  7. Fill in the CSV file with the appropriate data and upload it again in the dedicated space.
  • Note that each coupon can only be used once, and it is not possible to change the background color of the coupon code message.
  • The first line of the CSV must not be modified under any circumstances.
  • You can only import 10,000 rows at a time.

If you want the coupon to be used multiple times by several customers during a selected period, you need to make it permanent. To do this, simply click on the padlock icon in the Make permanent section.
