How it works

Product review Rich Snippets are structured data identified by Aggregate Rating & Reviews from your product pages' code. This allows search engines to know that your product has reviews and an average rating.

Integrating Rich Snippets into Search Results

We first recommend integrating our product widget and enabling the Rich Snippets option in the configuration page.

If you prefer a custom display for your product reviews, we encourage you to consult your technical team to integrate Rich Snippets.

You use an e-commerce connector/CMS

Our modules comply with Google's latest rules regarding rich snippets.

We therefore recommend regularly updating our extensions and enabling the Rich Snippets option.

Please also note that displaying reviews via JS Tag is no longer offered, so we encourage you to use our new product widget.

Checking the display of Rich Snippets 

Copy the URL of your product page and paste it into this page dedicated to Rich Snippets testing.

Your page will then be analyzed to generate a report showing different error messages.

If your Rich Snippets do not display or the test detects errors regarding the absence of Aggregate Ratings, make sure that the Rich Snippets option is enabled in your widget's configuration. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our Care team via the contact icon.
