Understand the voluntary submission form

In some cases, you have the option to collect product reviews from your consumers through a voluntary submission form.

This form allows you to occasionally request feedback from your consumers, outside of the traditional automated emails, via a dedicated page or location. These reviews will appear under the label Spontaneous review on the product widget. Learn more about how the source of your reviews is displayed.

Examples of use

  • The post-purchase page of your website.

  • Your online product pages.

  • In-store, via a QR code or tablet.

  • As part of a Gifted Reviews campaign through Influencer Marketing. We will automatically send the form once the consumer has tested the product and is able to write a review. These reviews will be displayed as: Incentivized and Verified.

Voluntary submission is a paid option. To learn more, please reach out to your CSM or contact our Care team using the contact icon at the bottom right of your screen.

How the form works

  1. The consumer provides their personal information, including the order or purchase reference (mandatory to ensure the review can be verified).
  2. They then fill out the Verified Reviews form, which is identical or similar to the one used for standard solicitations.
  3. A confirmation email is automatically sent so the consumer can validate their review:

Verification & moderation

Reviews collected through the voluntary submission form follow the same verification and moderation process as those from automated solicitations.

This includes:

This approach ensures transparency and reliability of published reviews, in line with certified review collection standards!
