Verified Reviews allows you to collect and publish reviews from your consumers after a purchase. With the Gifted Reviews option, you can boost your review collection by creating product testing campaigns. This lets consumers receive a free product/service in exchange for reviews published on your product pages.
Gifted Reviews are displayed with the label Incentivized and Verified on your pages and product widgets.
This feature is perfect for:
- Quickly starting to collect reviews, especially during a product launch. This reassures your consumers when purchasing new products thanks to authentic feedback.
- Improving your product visibility through better SEO and boosting conversions with relevant reviews.
Requirements
- A campaign focuses on only 1 product at a time.
- Using the product widget is highly recommended, as your reviews will be displayed with the label Incentivized and Verified (mandatory label).
- The collected reviews are processed and moderated just like your other customer reviews.
- Consumer reviews must include a minimum of 200 characters.
The Syndication option is not mandatory. If you have this option, your Gifted Reviews can, of course, be syndicated!
Launching a Gifted Reviews Campaign
- Subscribe to the Gifted Reviews option through your account manager: this feature will then be available via the Influencer Marketing by Skeepers platform.
- Set up a voluntary deposit link: our teams will create a link tailored to your needs for collecting reviews from consumers receiving your product for free.
- Open a campaign from the Influencer Marketing by Skeepers platform.
- Integrate the review submission form into the product link section of your Influencer Marketing campaign.
- Launch the campaign: consumers participate and receive the product for free.
- Moderate reviews: once consumer reviews are collected, apply your usual review management process using a dedicated Gifted Reviews filter available in your Verified Reviews interface.
Product shipping can be handled by Skeepers or by yourself.
