You can customize your branding directly from your Verified Reviews space: these changes will then apply to your review request emails and form.
For now, self-service branding customization is only available to clients using the latest version of the review collection system. It will gradually become available to all Verified Reviews users.

Only administrator profiles can access the graphic charter customization.
Procedure
From the left-hand menu, click Collect Reviews then Requests Customization.
You can then fill in different information, which will be displayed in your emails and on your form:
General configuration
Your public information: public name and legal entity (if different).
What your customers will evaluate: goods or services.
The type of customer purchase experience: online, in-store, or both.
You can also choose whether you want to customize your email templates based on the purchase experience (online/in-store).
Your communication style: the tone you use to address your customers, informal or formal.
Branding
Upload your logo: JPG, JPEG, PNG • Max 2 MB • Minimum width 175 px
Fill in your branding colors for each element: Stars, star background, button background, button text, global background, text.
Then preview your customization elements on the right side of the page.
Logo sizes: yours and the Verified Reviews logo (the Verified Reviews logo cannot be removed for legal reasons).
Email information: sender name and link or contact email address to display in the footer.
This will also update the logo displayed on your certificate.
Then customize your email content via the email configurator !
You don’t have access to branding customization?
For the certificate
Even if you don’t have access to this feature yet, you can still update the logo on your certificate on your own.
To do so, you must have an Administrator role and follow this procedure.
