AFNOR Certification

It protects both businesses and consumers by ensuring total transparency. Thanks to a rigorous and structured moderation process, only reviews that meet quality criteria are published. If a review does not comply with the Transparency Charter, we encourage you to report it using the available reporting reasons to place it in moderation and prevent its publication. Our team will then review the reported content and decide whether to approve or reject it in accordance with the Transparency Charter.

  • Reviews are published in chronological order, meaning that pending reviews block the next ones for up to 7 days.
  • Reviews containing insults are automatically flagged to our moderation team.
  • To ensure a smooth publication process, we recommend reviewing your feedback once a week.
