What do Verified Reviews establishments refer to?

Establishments correspond to a physical or online store configured in your Verified Reviews account, allowing you to collect customer reviews.

Each establishment has its own settings (address, users, specific information, etc.) and can be managed individually in the interface.

Establishments allow you to:

  • Differentiate reviews by point of sale: useful for precise analyses or local publications.
  • Organize review collection by point of sale (physical store, localized website, etc.).
  • Assign specific access rights to users. For example: a user may only have access to reviews for the Marseille store. They will then be able to view, publish, respond to, and report only reviews for that establishment!

The number of establishments configured is defined in your Verified Reviews contract. Any additional establishment may generate additional fees: contact our teams to learn more.

Managing establishments

Add an establishment

If you want to collect reviews for a new point of sale, you must first add the relevant establishment to your Verified Reviews account.

Please contact your account manager before initiating any establishment creation. The number of authorized establishments is defined in your contract.

If you have a long list of points of sale to add, we recommend adding several at once using a CSV file.

Edit an establishment

  1. Go to the left-hand sidebar menu Administration > Establishments
  2. Click the store of your choice in the list.
  3. Make the desired changes in the Store information section, or associate specific users with it from the Associated users section.
  4. Remember to click Save.

Delete an establishment

  1. From the left-hand sidebar menu, click Administration, then Establishments
  2. Then click the point of sale that you want to delete
  3. The store information will appear on the right side of the screen: click Delete establishment

It is not possible to delete multiple establishments through a bulk action.

Export the list of establishments

You can generate a CSV export of the list of all your points of sale by following the instructions in this article.

Collecting reviews in stores

Configuring establishments allows you to collect reviews after a purchase in physical stores.

Two options are available:

  1. By sending automatic emails through the methods, API, SFTP, or CSV.
  2. Through a voluntary review submission form shared at the relevant establishment via a QR code displayed at the checkout, on a receipt, or in the storefront. Alternatively, via a tablet made available to customers.

This increases review coverage, even without customer data (email) at the time of purchase.

Before being published, the review will go through the processing & moderation stage, just like all other reviews.
