A store refers to a physical or online location configured in your Verified Reviews account to enable the collection of customer reviews.

Each store has its own settings (address, users, specific information, etc.) and can be managed individually from the left-hand side menu Account Management, then Shops.

Add a store

If you want to collect reviews for a new sales location, you must first add the corresponding store to your Verified Reviews account.

The number of stores configured is defined in your Verified Reviews contract. Adding additional stores may result in extra charges: please contact our team for more information.

  1. Contact your account manager or our support team to let us know you need to create a new store.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click Account Management, then Shops
  3. Click on Add a shop
  4. Fill in all the required fields. You can define your own Shop key.
  5. Don’t forget to click Save at the top of the page.
  6. Your store will then appear in your Shops list.

 

Do you have a long list of stores and want to speed things up? You can import multiple stores at once using a CSV file.

Edit a store

  1. Go to the left-hand side menu Account Management, then Shops.
  2. Click on the store of your choice in the list.
  3. Make the desired changes under Shops information, or assign specific users under Associated users.
  4. Don’t forget to click Save.

If you see an error message when editing the store, make sure you follow this format in the website field: https://mywebsite

Delete a store

Before deleting one of your stores, please contact us. This may affect your review collection setup.

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Account Management, then Shops.
  2. Then click on the shop you want to delete
  3. The store's information will appear on the right-hand side of the screen: click Delete shop.

Associate/disassociate a user with a store

When a user is associated with a store, they have the necessary rights to view and manage reviews as well as the related statistics.

To manage the association of users with stores:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, click on Account management, then Users.
  2. When the right panel opens, click on Associated stores, then Associate stores.
  3. Select the store or location of your choice.
  4. Confirm your choice by clicking Associate.

This user will then have access to the data of the selected stores.

Export the list of shops

  1. From the left side menu, click on Account Management, then Shops
  2. Click on Export all shops.
  3. You will then be able to download a CSV file containing all the data of all the shops created.
