✨ New version: establishment management

A store corresponds to a physical or online establishment configured in your Verified Reviews account, allowing you to collect customer reviews.

Each establishment has its own settings (address, users, specific information, etc.) and can be managed individually from the left sidebar menu Administration, then Establishments.

This article covers the new version of the establishment page. If your home page displays the following alert, refer to the article dedicated to the legacy version:

Add an establishment

If you want to collect reviews for a new point of sale, you must first add the relevant point of sale to your Verified Reviews account.

The number of configured establishments is defined in your Verified Reviews contract. Any additional establishment may incur additional fees: contact our teams to learn more.

  1. Contact your account manager or our support team to let us know that you need to create a store.
  2. From the left sidebar menu, click Administration, then Establishments.
  3. Click Add an establishment
  4. Complete all required fields. You can enter the Establishment key of your choice.
  5. Don't forget to click Save at the top of the page.
  6. Your point of sale will then be available in your list of Establishments.

We strongly recommend that you name your establishments using the exact name used "in real life": storefront, official website, documents, etc. This will subsequently affect how several features work, including synchronization with Google reviews.

Example:

  • Brand name → Miami Style
  • Brand + actual location → Miami Style Marseille Prado

Be sure to avoid the following: marketing keywords, services, opening hours, slogans, or unofficial cities.

Tip: for multiple stores, use your brand name + the location identifier and put any additional information in the description or attributes, never in the name.

Do you have a long list of establishments and want to save time? Import several at once using a CSV file.

Edit an establishment

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu Administration, then Establishments
  2. Click the establishment of your choice in the list.
  3. Make the changes of your choice in the Store information section, or associate specific users with it in the Associated users section.
  4. Don't forget to click Save.

If an error message appears when editing the establishment, make sure that you use the following format in the website field: https://mywebsite

Delete an establishment

Before deleting one of your stores, please contact us. This could impact your collection settings.

  1. From the left sidebar menu, click Administration, then Establishments
  2. Then click the point of sale that you want to delete
  3. The information for this store will appear on the right side of the screen: click Delete establishment

Deleting an establishment does not delete the reviews associated with it. Reviews associated with the deleted establishment will simply be listed on your organization's general certificate page.

Associate/unassociate a user with an establishment

When a user is associated with an establishment, they have the necessary permissions to view and manage the reviews and statistics associated with it.

To manage the association of users with points of sale:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, click Administration, then Users.
  2. When the right panel opens, click Associated establishments, then Associate establishments.
  3. Then choose the establishment or point of sale of your choice.
  4. Confirm your choice by clicking Associate.

This user will then have access to the data of the selected establishments.

Export the list of establishments

You can export the list of all establishments entered in your Verified Reviews account:

  1. From the left menu, click Administration, then Establishments
  2. Click the button
  3. You can then download a CSV file containing all the data for all created points of sale.

Configure regions

We strongly recommend that you associate regions with your establishments if your network is managed regionally, you want to compare your performance by region, or your regional managers need a dedicated view. This will allow you to correctly configure the permissions for the Network View dashboard.

To do so:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, click Administration, then Establishments.
  2. Export your list of establishments (see the instructions above).
  3. Complete the Region column in the newly exported file.
  4. Reimport the updated file by clicking Import establishments: the file will automatically update the data for points of sale that have already been created and associate the regions with them.

We recommend using a consistent naming convention. For example, avoid name variations such as IDF, Ile de France, and Île-de-France.

Complete Google information

If you want to use synchronization features with your Google Business Profile (such as Review Balancing, for example), it is essential to complete the Google My Profile page field by following these instructions.

Otherwise, leave this field blank.
