Advanced dashboard: Network view

The Network View dashboard allows you to easily manage customer satisfaction and your store’s online reputation based on your consumer reviews.

Every day, your customers share their in-store experience through the collection of verified reviews. This feedback is a valuable source of insight to understand what works well, identify pain points, and concretely improve the local customer experience.

The Network View centralizes the key indicators of your store or stores (rating, review volume, trends over time) and provides a clear and actionable view of your performance.

For store managers, this dashboard also becomes the default home page, allowing immediate access to key indicators upon logging into the platform and making day-to-day management easier.

Accessing the Network View

Go to the left-hand side menu Statistics, then Network View.

If you are a store manager, this dashboard has also become your home page.

You will then see:

1 - A summary view of your store’s customer satisfaction

Get an at-a-glance view of your store’s key indicators:

  • The number of reviews pending action: these reviews require an action from you before automatic publication: reply to them, publish them, or report them !
  • Overall rating from consumer reviews: track the average rating and overall performance of your stores. Monitor your Verified Reviews rating, as well as your Google rating if synchronization has been enabled!
  • Number of reviews collected over the selected period.
  • Trend analysis: analyze how your customer satisfaction evolves over time—is it improving or declining?
  • Date and store filters: use them to compare the different stores in your network.
  • NPS score: if it has been set up in your account.

This data helps you measure the impact of your actions and quickly identify performance changes.

2 - Internal benchmarking across the network

Depending on your access, the Network View includes an internal benchmark to compare performance:

  • Between stores
  • At a regional or national level (depending on your access scope)

This comparison makes it easier to identify best practices within the network and helps prioritize improvement actions at the local level.

3 - Insights from AI-powered review analysis

To help you efficiently leverage a large volume of reviews, the Network View relies on artificial intelligence analysis that:

  • Automatically categorizes reviews by theme: welcome, friendliness, team expertise, pricing, etc.
  • Analyzes the sentiment associated with each theme: positive, neutral, or negative.
  • Highlights the topics most frequently mentioned by your customers.
  • This gives you quick insight into customer expectations: pain points and weak signals, making it easier to take action and quickly identify priority areas for improvement.

An interface designed for frontline teams

Dash vue réseau.png

The Network View was designed for daily use by store managers. It offers a clear and intuitive mobile-accessible interface, a personalized home page based on your role, and direct access to reviews to reply to them quickly.

Example: You notice a gradual decline in your average rating over the past few weeks.

The thematic analysis highlights an increase in negative mentions related to in-store welcome, particularly during peak hours.

In response, you adjust team organization during these time slots and raise staff awareness around customer welcome.

Subsequent reviews then show a gradual improvement in sentiment related to this theme and an increase in the overall rating.
