Does a review awaiting processing block the publication of other reviews?

Reviews are always published in chronological order.

Therefore, a review pending management or moderation will block the publication of all reviews submitted after it (even if they are positive).

As a result, we recommend that you check and regularly manage your reviews. This will ensure that you always have recent content on your certificate and in search engine results.

Reviews submitted after a review in moderation or pending processing will be placed on hold and remain blocked until the status of the preceding review changes.

If you notice that recently collected Brand reviews are not visible on your certificate, it may be because these reviews are blocked with the status Pending, and the Publish Review button is grayed out. This happens because a prior review in the To do category requires action from you. 

To ensure all your reviews are published as quickly as possible, you need to process the reviews available in the To do tab.

To publish the reviews blocked with the Pending status, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu Review Management.
  2. From the Review Status filter, select In Moderation.
  3. Click on the review(s) under moderation.
  4. Publish or flag the review.

 

✔️ If you choose to publish the review, its status will change to Published.

✖️ If you report the review, and if the report is accepted by our moderation teams, the review status will change to Rejected.

In any case, this will unblock the publication of reviews received subsequently.

After processing all your reviews, the status update may take until 9:00 AM the next day.
