To do reviews are those waiting to be processed by you or currently under moderation by our teams.
This means these are the reviews you should check as a priority to either publish or report them!
To do so:

What are To do reviews?
This section includes reviews with the Under moderation status, meaning all reviews requiring action from you, or from us.
For example:

Reviews with a rating matching the moderation threshold you've set.

Reviews that are automatically flagged (insults, personal data – automatically handled by our teams).

Reviews that match the triggers you've set up – for example, flagged for moderation upon mention of a specific word.

Reviews where the consumer replied to your initial response.
You have 3 options: publish the review, reply to it, or flag it !
If a review has been flagged (automatically or manually), it will be reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours. Depending on the reason selected, the review will either be rejected or published.
Reviews are published in chronological order, which means reviews under moderation block the publication of more recent ones – Learn more.
What are reviews in the All category?
You’ll find all reviews submitted by your consumers, regardless of their status : published, pending, under moderation, and rejected.
Reviews are always listed chronologically and will also always be published in chronological order.
We recommend checking the To process tab at least once a week.
