You have the ability to independently configure or modify the timing for sending brand review requests to your consumers.
The procedure will depend on your method of automating order retrieval.
Please note that any changes made to the review request delay will only apply to future orders that have not yet been retrieved. It is not possible to modify the delay for orders that have already been retrieved, whose review request submissions are already scheduled.
Module automation
Historical platform
1/ Go to the menu Collect Reviews/Module Configuration
2/ Go to the section Collect reviews
3/ Define the delay (in days) of your choice. Please, note that the delay applies from the date of order retrieval.
If you also want to differ the sending of product review requests, you have the possibility to select a specific timeframe for it.
4/ Click on Send this configuration at the bottom of the page to save the modification.

1/ Go to the menu Collect reviews/Configuration
2/ Go to the section Collect with "name of the module"/Brand reviews
3/ Define the delay (in days) of your choice. Please, note that the delay applies from the date of order retrieval.
If you also want to differ the sending of product review requests, you have the possibility to select a specific timeframe for it.
4/ Click on Save at the top of the page to save the modifications.
FTP or API automation
Historical platform
- SFTP : The delay can be set either from your CSV file using the 'delay' column or from the Account Management/My Account menu.
- API : The delay can be configured either within the query using the 'delay' value or from the Account Management/My Account menu
If you specify a delay in both your feeds and in the 'My Account' menu, the feed variable will take precedence. The feed variable 'overrides' the configuration set in your Rating & Reviews Back Office.

1/ Click on the Collect reviews menu, and then click on Configuration
2/ Go to the Collection with other channels menu and define the delay of your choice.
