How to configure the review request timing for brand reviews?

You have the option, with full autonomy, to set or modify the timing for sending brand review requests to your consumers.

The procedure will depend on your method of automating the retrieval of your orders.

Please note that any changes made to the timing of review requests will only apply to future orders that have not yet been retrieved. It is not possible to change the timing for orders that have already been retrieved, where the review request is already scheduled.

Automation via Connector

🖥️ Historical Platform

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu Collect Reviews, then Configure my module
  2. Go to the Review Collection section
  3. Set the delay (in days) of your choice. Please note that the delay applies from the date the order is retrieved.
  4. Click on Send this configuration at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

✨ New Platform

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu Collect Reviews, then Configuration
  2. If you are collecting through a connector, click on Collect with "connector name"/Brand Reviews.
  3. Set the delay (in days) of your choice. Please note that the delay applies from the date the order is retrieved.
  4. Click on Save at the top of the page to save the changes.

Automation via FTP or API

  • SFTP: The delay can be set from your CSV file with the delay column or from the Account Management/My Account menu.
  • API: The delay can be set from the request with the delay value or from the Account Management/My Account menu.

If you specify a delay in your feeds and in the My Account menu, the variable from the feeds will be considered. The feed variable "overrides" the settings configured on your Verified Reviews account.

  1. From the left sidebar menu, click Collect Reviews, then Configuration
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and set the delay of your choice for brand and product reviews.

  1. Go to the left sidebar menu Account Management, then My Account
  2. In the integration code box, specify the delay of your choice.
The consumer has 3 months to leave a review after the request is sent by email. After these 3 months, the form is no longer active.
