To do reviews are those waiting to be processed by you or currently under moderation by our teams.
This means these are the reviews you should check as a priority to either publish or report them!
To do so:

Go to the left-hand menu
Review Management
- Click on the To do tab:
What is the To Do section?
All reviews that require an action from you or from us. For example:
- Reviews with the status Under moderation
- Reviews automatically flagged (insults, personal data)
- Reviews with a new response from the customer following the merchant's initial reply
What are the reviews in the "All" category?
You’ll find all reviews with the different statuses: published, pending, under moderation, and rejected.
Reviews are sorted in chronological order.
Please note that reviews are also published in chronological order, so we recommend you regularly check the To review tab to moderate reviews and avoid blocking newer ones.
