The status of your collection changes to "interrupted" when we haven't received any orders for 7 days.
This status change is intended to alert you but does not necessarily imply an issue with retrieving your orders.
If no orders have been placed in the last 7 days, there's no need to worry. Your collection will become "active" again as soon as a new order is placed and retrieved. Otherwise, we invite you to follow the steps below to check your "configuration".
How to check my collection?
If you notice that orders have been placed in the last 7 days and your collection is interrupted, we invite you to perform some initial checks on your own.
- Check the proper retrieval of your orders
- Check the automation of your collection
- Check the sending delay of review requests
This article will guide you step-by-step through these checks: Check the review collection
Please note that without retrieving orders, we cannot send review requests. We advise you to contact your internal manager to perform the necessary checks.
If during these checks you notice an anomaly in your collection that you cannot resolve on your own, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact icon, specifying the checks you have performed and what is blocking you.
The collection tracking tables will help you better understand the review request sending process and ensure it works correctly:
