When you log in to your Verified Reviews account, you will find on your homepage a summary of the key elements to monitor or adjust to ensure your review collection runs optimally.

Number of brand and product reviews to moderate
At the top left of your homepage, you can quickly view the number of Brand and Product reviews pending action from you (depending on the settings you have defined: moderation threshold, keywords to monitor, etc.).
For legal reasons, reviews are always published in chronological order. We therefore recommend that you log in regularly to process pending reviews, as these block the
publication of all subsequently submitted reviews.
Once published, Brand reviews will appear on your certificate page or on the carousel widget, while Product reviews will appear on your product widgets.
Without any action from you, these reviews will be automatically published after 7 days.
Response rate
The response rate, or return rate, corresponds to the percentage of completed forms compared to the total number of review requests sent.
This rate is calculated over the period selected at the top right of the page.
It reflects the performance of your review collection. Several levers can help you increase this rate.
Even if you can adjust different elements to improve your response rate, it may vary depending on the season and is directly impacted by order volume and fluctuations in your activity.
Orders received
Number of orders/purchase experiences sent to Verified Reviews over the period selected at the top right of the page. We then send review requests, according to the delay you have chosen, as a trusted third party.
Your rating
View here your brand rating and its evolution over the selected period at the top right of the page to track customer satisfaction!
Collected reviews
Total number of reviews collected over the period selected at the top right of the page.
To access more data about your review collection, check your Statistics dashboards via the left-hand side menu.
Alerts and recommendations
In this section, you will be alerted as soon as an issue may disrupt the proper functioning of your review collection.
For example:
- Order transmission to Verified Reviews: if it has been interrupted and for how many days.
- Connectors (CMS such as Prestashop, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) : if your connector is not up to date or encounters an issue when sending us your orders.
- Certificate page : if it is incomplete or encounters a publication issue.
- Widgets : if a malfunction is detected in the display of your reviews.
You will then be guided through resolving the issue. If needed, feel free to contact our team.
