Guide to set up Ratings & Reviews

You've decided to place your trust in Verified Reviews, and we'd like to thank you!

Now you're ready to embark on a new adventure: soliciting your customers after a purchase, measuring their satisfaction, evaluating areas for improvement and spreading the Voice of the Customer.

Set up your profile & add users 

Once you have created your account, follow these instructions:

Don't forget to activate notifications to keep up to date with your account activity.

Install & configure collection

Once your account has been set up, you can automate the transfer of your proofs of purchase. Verified Reviews will automatically retrieve all your customers' purchase data. This will trigger your review requests.

Step 1: Automate data collection:

There are 3 methods of automation:

API, SFTP and CMS connector (Prestashop, Magento, Woocommerce... etc).

Monitor and moderate your reviews

Once you've done this, you can publish your reviews!

Publish your first reviews

It's time to give visibility to your reviews!

If you wish, you can also retrieve your collected reviews via API or SFTP. To do this, consult our "Retrieve your reviews" category.
